Your home in the Salzkammergut

I think this is the first place I really want to visit again. It was very nice, a beautiful place, and I felt very comfortable there.

We really enjoyed our stay. Ideal location for excursions in the region. Great apartment with charm. You feel very welcome. Superbly equipped kitchen. Lots of loving details. Generous parking.

This was our second time staying in these apartments and we were completely satisfied again. The apartment is wonderfully furnished, the hosts are incredibly nice and have thought of everything down to the smallest detail. The location is ideal – both for day trips by car and for hikes right from the accommodation. The town is beautiful, and you can find everything there, including a great outdoor pool.

Exceptional furnishings, a very tasteful combination of modern, style and functionality, plenty of space. Great attention to a good night's sleep. In advance, a personal app for electronic access to the house, the apartment and the bike room. The location is practically right on the cycle path. There is nothing I could complain about.

We visited Villa Salzweg in August, looking for a base for Hallstatt and Salzburg, and spent three nights there with our children. It has to be said: the place is excellent. Perfect location with a view of the mountains, only a few hundred meters from the town center. The villa is a renovated house in which the hosts have thought of every conceivable comfort – with the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness. A few things that other hosts like to forget: very comfortable beds, pleasant duvets, a washing machine, sharp knives in the kitchen, a coffee machine, a great shower, a large terrace. Everything made of high-quality materials. A big plus for the children: free use of the nearby outdoor pool with slides and trampolines was included in the price. We often travel as a family, but there are only a few places like this, where the hosts put so much heart and work into making their guests happy.

Hello Wilfried, we felt at home right away in this superbly furnished, very clean apartment with wonderful, loving details. The balcony is great too. A gem! Since we arrived by motorcycle, the location is perfect for exploring Hallstatt – 10 minutes on foot to the train station and 20 minutes to the shops. We can only recommend it. Super clean and a very lovely accommodation.

We had a perfect stay at Villa Salzweg – ideally located for exploring this beautiful region. The apartment is well thought out, has everything you need, is very clean and beautifully furnished. The little extra for our two children: the outdoor pool in town was free (5 minutes by bike). In this warm summer week, that was the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

The villa is quiet with a fantastic mountain view. The holiday apartment (Bergfex) is very clean, cozily furnished and comprehensively equipped (loving details, a lovely bathroom, modern kitchen, excellent beds, a large balcony for all kinds of weather). There is even a breakfast service. A great place to relax and a base for any vacation. Julia & Wilfried have created a little paradise – thank you for the unforgettable vacation. We'll gladly come back!

A wonderful apartment in a fantastic location – right on the hiking trail, with lots of options and beautiful destinations all around. A big plus is the excellent storage room for gear and bikes with charging facilities for e-bikes; you can also rent bikes on site, and there are even two e-scooters. The apartment itself is a real gem: beautifully furnished, great atmosphere, very clean, private and cozy. Very comfortable beds, lovely bed linen, an excellent shower. In addition, a beautiful terrace with a table and a comfortable sofa, a lovely living room and a fully equipped kitchen. A fantastic place that we would very gladly return to. Highly recommended!

My family and I loved our stay – we can't recommend it enough. Perfect location for exploring the surroundings such as Salzburg and Hallstatt. There is also plenty to do locally: the free outdoor pool and the river right by the house, all reachable with the e-scooters or e-bikes that the host provides free of charge. 10 out of 10 – I recommend staying at least 4 days to see and experience everything.

Wonderful, central location in a very beautiful, perfectly equipped apartment. Good beds, a wonderful terrace. On the ground floor you can also buy a few things like pasta or pizza – ideal for the first day, when you haven't brought anything to eat. Big plus: the washing machine.
