We have gone to a lot of effort furnishing the holiday apartments, so you feel as comfortable as possible. When you return to the apartment following your explorations around the Salzkammergut, you ought to refill your tanks. In order to maintain a high level of quality so the next guests feel as comfortable as you do, we would kindly ask you to follow the house rules and keep the rooms and furniture in a neat condition.
General
Should you require help or if there’s anything you are missing in the apartment, please reach out.
We are keen to resolve your requests as soon as possible. All items in the holiday apartments and on the balcony are free to use during your stay, as long as you use them with care
Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen, all appliances and technical equipment carefully.
At the end of your stay, please ensure that all dishes, pots, and cutlery are clean, dry and put back into the kitchen cabinet.
Please use a table mat when putting hot pots onto the table or work surface.
When cutting with a knife, a chopping board is to be used.
Leave the oven and microwave in a clean state, use foil when using the oven.
Cleaning
We charge a one-off fee for the final cleaning of the holiday apartment.
We have supplied a broom, dustpan, mop and bucket in the broom cupboard for any cleaning during your stay
In the case of an accident (i.e. Severe dirt on the floor, etc.), please do clean it up straight away.
The same applies for beds. Clean linen and bedding can also be found in the broom cupboard.
Used bedding or towels that have been replaced during your stay, are to be left in the apartment after your departure.
Waste disposal
In the kitchen you will find a general-waste and organic-waste bin and in the storeroom, there is a paper and plastic bin. Please discard your food-left-overs in the organic waste bin, paper in the paper bin, plastic in the plastic bin and general-waste in the general-waste-bin.
Please use a rubbish bag for the general-waste bin in the kitchen as well as the cosmetics-bin in the bathroom and discard them, well-sealed, in the main black general-waste-trash can.
Please don’t flush any sanitary products down the toilet instead please discard them in the cosmetics-bin to avoid blockages.
Waste is being separated as follows: paper (red), plastic (yellow), glass and cans as well as general-waste (black) and organic-waste-bin (green).
Trash cans are available at the property by the cellar entrance next to the parking lot.
Rest period
To ensure all holiday guests as well as other residents get on well, we ask you to consider our rest periods.
These are effective between 10:00 pm in the evening and 7:00 am in the morning.
Please also avoid noise during lunch time and on Sundays.
Smokers
Smoking is prohibited in the holiday apartments.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony, if the ashtrays provided are used and stubs are fully cooled down and disposed in the general-waste-bin.
If you smoke in front of the building, please use the ashtray next to the main entrance.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Internet / WLAN
All holiday apartments have free internet access (WLAN) that you can connect to with your WLAN-compatible device.
You are using the internet at your own risk and the landlord takes no responsibility in relation to your usage of the internet.
Due diligence
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to also ensure that fellow-travellers comply with the rental agreement.
The main entrance door is to be closed at all times. All windows are to be closed when leaving the apartment, to avoid breakage of glass caused by wind or water damage caused by heavy rain storms.
Use water and electricity with consideration.
Damages
Nobody damages things on purpose, however, accidents happen and things may break.
In this case, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately to ensure we don’t just spot the damage after your departure.
Theft
All items (decoration, cushions, equipment, etc.) in the flats and general-areas have been selected, compiled, sewn and handcrafted with great care. To ensure all guests are offered the same ambience and equipment, we carry out a stock take during the final cleaning process.
Missing items will be reported to the police immediately.
Should you require souvenirs to take home, you can purchase some items from the cabinet in the lobby.
Right of owner
In case of necessary repairs, it may be unavoidable for the landlord to enter the flat without giving prior notice to the guest.
Accountability
The landlord is not responsible for any of our guests’ possessions.
Every apartment is equipped with a safe.
Arrival and departure
You can arrive any time after 4:00 pm, thanks to key-free access even late at night.
We kindly ask you to leave the flat by 10:00 am latest, on your day of departure.
Please leave the holiday apartment in the same condition you found it.
When making a booking, we assume you accept and comply with the house rules.
