Salzweg Hideaway complete

A hideaway was originally a place of retreat – a quiet corner to come to rest. That is exactly what our Salzweg Hideaway is: the second building in the Salzweg ensemble, a deliberately small, intimate place with two apartments and a private VIP garden that no one else can access.

Anyone requesting the complete Hideaway gets both apartments — The Summerfolk on the ground floor with direct garden access and The Musician on the first upper floor — plus the whole VIP garden with pool, whirlpool, sauna, fire pit, gas grill, kids playground and fire table. No neighbours, no fuss, only you.

Ideal for family celebrations, friends' weekends, small retreats or groups up to 10 people who want to experience the Salzkammergut with something extra.

An honest word about the house: the Hideaway is a building that has grown over generations, with the character to show for it — through the old timber-beam ceiling you can hear the other apartment. With a complete booking that simply doesn't matter: every footstep in the house is one of your own.

Right outside the Summerfolk apartment the private VIP garden of Salzweg Hideaway begins — your outdoor space, exclusive and shielded. Pool with sun terrace, heated hot tub for 5 people, Finnish sauna for 5 people with electric stove, a large pergola with lounge and dining table for up to 12 people, hanging chairs, sun loungers, a large gas grill with sizzle zone, a flare grill (cast-iron plancha), a fire bowl with a half-circle bench, a playground with climbing tower and trampoline — and a shaded reading nook for quiet hours.

Book the entire Hideaway and the garden becomes a private island for your whole group – no neighbours, no bustle. If you book only the Summerfolk apartment, it is exclusively yours as well.
