Bad Goisern and the Inner Salzkammergut region are very well-known for its countless number of events in all different categories, forms and shapes. They are organised by the various associations, creative artists, ambitious athletes or simply through individuals’ personal motivation to create joy and to have a good time.

Events such as the “Mountain bike Trophy”, an international mountain-bike race, the huge Salzkammergut Krampus-parade, the traditional “Gamsjagatage” including a race on old traditional “Dutch”-style bicycles, “Kunstmue festival” or the carnival parades and beer festivals are fixed milestones in the annual event calendar in Bad Goisern.

In addition to that there are a dozen of concerts, presentations, exhibitions, courses, markets and culinary events. A fantastic mixture of traditional but also religious events.

The program offering is jam-packed and it may well be that you can choose between different events, depending on your interests, weather or daily mood within a distance of 25 km.
