Kids up to 3 years of age stay for free All room rates incl. of VAT and additional charges. Exclusive of final cleaning fee and visitor’s tax. The tourist tax is 3€ per person per night, the final cleaning fee is 95€. Both are included directly when booking.

2 nights: Low season 3 nights: Standard 4 nights: Holiday low season (June, September, October) Autumn, Christmas, semester, Easter vacations 6 or more nights: End of June to end of 1st week of September, December 24th-January 1st Unless there is a booking gap, then of course shorter stays are also possible, just call +43 677 64117199 or send an e-mail to info@villa-salzweg.at to inquire.

Anything can happen to anyone. We are of course trying our best to find replacements. If this is not possible, we unfortunately have to charge for the cancelled stay as follows:

Normal cancellation costs: Cancellation free of charge up to the 30th day of the planned arrival.
Deposits paid will be refunded in full. Cancellation fees: 29th – 7th day before arrival: 70% from 6th day before arrival: 90% 100% in case of no-show or early departure. Alternatively, it is of course always possible to postpone your booking.

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, a 30% deposit must be paid by bank transfer, credit card or Paypal within 14 days. The remainder must be paid by the time of arrival.
